Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, executing and project managing the social media strategy for the Epicor global brand.
Plans and distributes monthly content calendar for brand handles.
Moderates comments across all brand feeds.
Analyze performance metrics, develop a report strategy, and communicate analysis and actionable steps to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with product, creative, talent, experiential, customer service and other teams and constituencies to ensure seamless implementation of programs.
Take responsibility for project timelines and program deadlines.
Ensure that all projects are executed within or under budget.
Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities.
Collaborates cross-functionally to manage social media channels with focus and agility, depending on the needs of the business.
Requirements
10+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
4+ years of specialized/industry experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
