Responsibilities
- take the lead in driving large and complex renewable energy projects forward.
- ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- collaborate with specialists across the organization in areas such as technology & engineering, legal affairs, wind analysis, and finance.
- engage with local authorities and participate in public consultations with community residents.
- conduct project planning, budgeting and risk management of multiple projects.
- coordinate internal and external resources to conduct wind measurements, design optimization, environmental impact assessments, electrical grid evaluation and spatial planning.
Requirements
- relevant university degree in engineering, energy, or a similar field.
- at least 8+ years of experience in project management within renewable energy.
- experience from commercial processes of energy projects in Poland.
- long experience conducting dialogues and collaborating with various types of stakeholders.
- ability to work fluently in both Polish and English.
