Responsibilities
Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and services
Responsible for creating long lasting relationships and realization of revenue growth with tender regions, DMU’s and affiliated orthodontic specialists
Meet monthly, quarterly, an annual sales quota
Visit potential customers to qualify them as sales prospects for the corporation
Understand and support the corporation’s sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all the corporation’s customers
Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation
Follow corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations
Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to the Region Sales Manager
Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management
Prepare periodic reports including: weekly call reports weekly expense reports periodic general reports other reports as assigned
Requirements
Preferred BA/BSc degree or a qualified Dentist/Orthodontist/Orthodontic Therapist
Preferred to have more than 3 years’ sales experience within the MedTech sector or to have worked within a Dental Practice with Aligner Products/Workflows for over 5 years
