About the role
- Operations Manager for Grid Certification at Enpal facilitating solar projects across Germany. Collaborating with networks and certification agencies for compliance and project support.
Responsibilities
- Preparation, creation and support of the certification of PV systems with outputs above 270 kW
- Review and compilation of technical documents (e.g., approvals, material certificates, test reports) to meet certifier requirements
- Communication with grid operators: submission of conformity declarations and other required evidence
- Coordination of certification agencies
- Management and tracking of these agency processes: ensuring that all documents are complete, submitted on time and correct
- Review of incoming feedback (e.g., requests for additional information) from grid operators and agencies, coordination of necessary follow-up work
- Close collaboration with internal project teams (engineering, planning, site management) to ensure early provision of technical documents
Requirements
- Technical or engineering background (electrical engineering, renewable energies, energy engineering or similar)
- Experience in the grid connection / certification sector for large PV systems, ideally with knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations
- Independent working style, accuracy and a strong understanding of technical documentation
- Organizational skills and experience in process management
- Communication skills – including when working with agencies and grid operators
