About the role

  • Sales Manager developing and implementing business plans and managing account relationships for EnerSys. Leading sales strategies to meet commercial objectives for industrial energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Attaining sales, service and signed contract quotas as assigned by General Manager/Sales Director
  • Identifying and profiling National Account
  • Designing and presenting presentations to meet customers’ expectations
  • Working closely with VP of Sale, Sales Directors and Marketing on contract construction and negotiation
  • Maintaining close contact with National Account personnel at both the local and national level
  • Working with company sales and service network to properly maintain National Accounts
  • Exercising discretion and independent judgment when dealing with critical matters within the organization

Requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of proven sales experience
  • Competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
