About the role
- Project Manager overseeing wind farm projects for a leading renewable energy company. Responsible for managing projects from planning to completion while ensuring quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Gesamtverantwortung für die termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechte Ausführung von Windparkprojekten von der Planungsphase bis zur Abnahme
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller HSE-Standards
- Initiierung und Steuerung von Projektoptimierungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern
- Koordination und fachliche Führung des Projektteams (Commercial Project Manager, Construction Manager, Electrical Works Manager, Logistikkoordinatoren) sowie externer Nachunternehmer
- Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in der Projektplanungs- und Realisierungsphase
- Überwachung des Projektzeitplans und Einleitung von Steuerungsmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Kontrolle ausgeführter Leistungen nach Qualitäts- und Kostengesichtspunkten
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung des Projektbudgets
- Vertrags- und Claim-Management
- Regelmäßiges Projekt-Reporting
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung
- Projektleitungserfahrung im Anlagenbau oder Energiesektor
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative, hoher Zielorientierung und unternehmerischem Denken
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
