Responsibilities
You design and optimize forward-looking financial products and oversee their launch in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
You lead or support projects to further develop the product portfolio, drive growth initiatives, and open up new distribution channels.
You contribute your marketing and customer perspective to modernize sales processes, systems and the customer journey, shaping the digital future of Ford Bank.
You develop new business models, for example in the insurance or commercial customer segments, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
You prepare persuasive presentations and decision papers, promote collaboration with partners, and coordinate marketing and sales initiatives.
You take on responsibility as the deputy for the Head of Innovation and Product Development and actively contribute to strategic decisions.
You design and optimize innovative insurance products (e.g., motor vehicle insurance, loan protection/credit insurance, warranty solutions) and manage their market introduction in close coordination with our insurance partners.
You analyze market trends in the insurance and mobility sectors, evaluate competitor offerings, and derive measures to optimize our portfolio.
You act as a subject-matter expert and liaison between sales, legal and external risk carriers to define market-appropriate rates and terms.
You incorporate the customer perspective into the design of insurance processes to make policy purchase and claims handling as simple and digital as possible.
You identify growth opportunities in the private and commercial customer business and develop new business models at the intersection of financial services and insurance coverage.
You prepare robust business cases and decision documents for management and represent innovation topics in an international environment.
Requirements
Completed degree (university or university of applied sciences) in economics, marketing or a comparable field.
Several years of professional experience in marketing & sales and project management, ideally in the financial sector, mobility industry or management consulting, and experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented working style. Your initiative, confident manner and team spirit make you a driver of innovation.
Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite and confident use of AI tools.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
