Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations in our US office, including scheduling, office management, and office supplies procurement to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace.
Support the onboarding process including sharing offers, management of new starter’s equipment, first day onboarding, right to work checks and new starter check ins.
Organise US team socials, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and the events promote team cohesion and morale.
Work closely with the Ops team to organise larger company events, such as winter and summer offsites.
Support teams with conference related logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation and merchandise procurement
Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives.
Support the wider team with operational support.
Requirements
1 to 2 years experience in People operations, ideally within a start up environment
Highly organised, with ability to manage multiple work priorities while delivering operations solutions at a high-growth pace.
Ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams in a company.
Ability to problem solve and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
