About the role
- Senior People Compliance Manager driving HR compliance and immigration programs for global workforce. Collaborating with teams to ensure regulatory adherence and process optimization in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation and governance of employment compliance programs, including immigration, regulatory reporting, and HR policy management
- Oversee all immigration processes in partnership with external vendors and maintain our global HR handbooks to ensure they reflect current practices and local laws
- Ensure we are always audit-ready for EEO-1, VETS, BLS, and other state/country-specific filings
- Lead HR audit programs and develop robust SOPs and playbooks to create a culture of continuous improvement
- Partner with internal teams to streamline data reporting, making compliance more efficient and tech-driven
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance, risk management, or immigration
- Proven success managing high-volume, regulated HR processes and overseeing third-party vendors
- Deep experience managing complex immigration programs and ensuring regulatory adherence for a global workforce
- A strong command of US federal/state laws, with a solid working knowledge of EMEA and APAC regulations
- Experience working within HRIS systems to drive compliance; if you’ve used Workday, that’s a major plus
- A track record of leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and global jurisdictions
- Experience managing external audits (such as OFCCP) and overseeing annual Affirmative Action Plans (AAP)
