- Demonstrated experience managing Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments.
- Proven track record in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cloud administration.
- Strong knowledge of databases, networks (LAN/WAN), and patch management.
- In-depth understanding of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
