About the role
- Payroll Manager managing payroll for around 350 veterinary clinics in Europe. Overseeing payroll processes, compliance, and serving as a point of contact for inquiries.
Responsibilities
- La préparation (collecte des données variables), le calcul et le contrôle des bulletins de paie sur un périmètre de plusieurs cliniques (environ 350 paies), dans le respect du calendrier de paie en vigueur
- L’établissement des documents de sortie du salarié
- Le traitement des tickets paie dans Zendesk (outil de ticketing) dans les délais impartis (48h)
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié pour toutes les questions paie des cliniques de votre portefeuille (et celui de vos collègues en cas d’absence)
- La réalisation des déclarations et des DSN dans le respect des échéances (évènementiel, attestation pôle emploi, DOETH etc.…)
- La réalisation des opérations post paie internes et externes : déclarations sociales, paiement des cotisations, …
- La gestion des organismes sociaux
- Participation au projet de déploiement du nouveau logiciel de paie (tests et mise en production)
Requirements
- Vous disposez d'une expérience de minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire ;
- Vous savez gérer vos priorités et le stress pour respecter les délais,
- êtes très rigoureux et avez de solides compétences en paie.
