Responsibilities
Architect and steward integration patterns between the PPM platform and enterprise systems.
Define and optimize the PPM data model to support portfolio analytics and reporting.
Build and refine automations that remove manual effort and improve data quality.
Establish and maintain technical standards, environment strategy, and change processes.
Configure intake forms, prioritization models, and role-based views for portfolio leaders.
Implement role-based access, SSO/SAML/SCIM integrations, and least-privilege models.
Serve as the technical bridge among various teams and translate business processes into designs.
Partner with change/enablement to provide documentation, release notes, and training.
Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge of Agile or Work Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ADO, Smartsheet, Craft, etc.).
Experience designing or managing API integrations and data flows across enterprise systems.
Hands-on experience with scripting, automation logic, and configuration frameworks.
Strong understanding of portfolio and program management processes and data models.
Knowledge of identity/security models (SSO, SAML, SCIM) and role-based access controls.
Ability to translate business processes into scalable technical design.
