About the role

• Associate Director responsible for leading North America Integration at Kimberly-Clark. Experience in strategy consulting and consumer-oriented industries preferred, focusing on organization and project management.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director of Integration for North America, this role is responsible for leading individual workstreams in the North America Integration of Kimberly-Clark and Kenvue, inclusive of synergy estimates, project management, organizational design, change management, and day 1 readiness.
• Help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world by managing our portfolio of iconic brands.
• Independently partner with cross-functional teams across the two companies to ensure coordination of all key deliverables relevant to the integration.

Requirements

• MBA from top-tier business school highly preferred
• 7+ years of business experience in strategy consulting, related business analysis, functional line experience within strategy, marketing, finance, operations, or sales analytics with a history of demonstrated business success.
• 3+ years of consulting experience with one of the blue-chip strategy consulting firms (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, etc.) or comparable strategy consulting firm / function.
• Additional industry experience in a consumer-oriented (CPG, retail) company in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other role with strategic content highly preferred.
