Requirements
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement
- Idealerweise in den Bereichen Versicherung, Finanzen oder Workflow
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Management des Produktlebenszyklus
- Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Business- und technische Probleme zu lösen
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch (C1)
- Praktische Erfahrung mit gängigen PM-Tools (z.B. JIRA, Confluence, Figma)
