Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and track proposals for repair work.
Follow up on outstanding proposals to secure approvals.
Orders parts needed for accepted quotes.
Works with the Service Coordination Team to schedule approved work.
Run weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes.
Collaborate with and support Outside Sales Team, as needed.
Develop sales within defined margin levels to attain market share while providing profitability goals
Demonstrate a personal commitment to growth and development as a professional.
Customer Service: Providing the utmost care and attention to the client before, during and after the sale.
Meet or surpass annual sales goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Manage and maintain customer relationships by being the first point of contact for assigned accounts.
Independently prioritize and manage time effectively.
Other duties as directed by the Sales Manager and/or General Manager
Requirements
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC Commercial Service Industry
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales or technical field experience

Effective communication, customer presentation skills, and a demonstrated sales aptitude
Self-motivated/Disciplined
Strong organizational skills are a must
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
