Payroll Processor responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for e.l.f. Beauty across multiple regions. Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance and data integrity in payroll operations.
Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end payroll processing for North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific (APAC), including input validation, audits, reconciliations, and funding.
Maintain accurate employee data across payroll, finance, and HR systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Partner with Finance, HR, and external vendors on payroll posting, funding, and tax reconciliation.
Support monthly and quarterly payroll reporting and analytics.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and control checklists.
Participate in system enhancement and automation projects to streamline payroll operations and improve efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis on payroll discrepancies, identify process gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance payroll accuracy, scalability, and employee experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience (U.S. and global payroll experience preferred).
Experience with payroll, Finance, and HR systems such as ADP, SAP, and BambooHR or other HR Information Systems.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
