Responsibilities
Improve campaign planning effectiveness by setting standards and ensuring consistent planning
Serve as a team plan, providing coaching, prioritization, and performance oversight
Translate enterprise and business marketing strategies into clear, executable omnichannel campaign plans
Oversee development of GTM planning artifacts including journey maps, channel strategies, forecasts, and test-and-learn road maps
Establish and maintain planning governance, processes, and ways of working to improve scalability and speed-to-market
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and manage dependencies across data, assets, technology, and timelines
Ensure campaign plans and briefs are complete, aligned, and ready for execution prior to intake and activation
Partner with stakeholders to define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and performance forecasts
Monitor campaign performance and synthesize insights to inform future planning and optimization
Serve as a senior point of contact and escalation for campaign planning risks, tradeoffs, and delivery challenges
Leverage marketing technology and data platforms (e.g., Data Cloud, SFMC, AEM) to inform planning and optimization
Educates team members to ensure campaigns are leveraging AI features, automation opportunities and best practices
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree
minimum of 8 years of experience
experience in healthcare marketing
experience supporting both B2C and B2B audiences
