Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy and development of financial metrics for complex federal RFP submissions
- Translate RFP requirements into detailed staffing models, workload forecasts, and comprehensive cost builds
- Oversee development and validation of defensible Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
- Ensure full traceability between technical volumes, staffing plans, and pricing tables
- Validate workload assumptions, staffing ratios, productivity metrics, and ramp schedules using historical data and benchmarking
- Partner with Pricing leadership to align cost builds with price-to-win strategy
- Identify and clearly communicate financial and performance risk exposure to senior leadership
- Lead and direct financial process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Requires BA/BS in accounting or finance
- minimum of 8 years progressively more responsible experience in a high-level financial analysis position
- CPA, CMA, MBA or Master’s degree in accounting is required
- Experience supporting senior management
- Ability to project manage autonomously
- Analyze administrative expenses in an intricate operating structure strongly preferred
- Experience with government contracting and/or Medicare Administrative Contracts preferred
