About the role
- Financial Planning & Analysis Manager ensuring financial viability at AiCuris in collaboration with finance team and departments in Germany and the USA.
Responsibilities
- Budgetierung der Forschungs- & Entwicklungs-Projekte, Produkt-, Kommerzialisierungs- und der Abteilungs- und Overheadbudgets
- Erstellung des Personalbudgets
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Unternehmensbudgets und des Rolling Forecasts
- Erstellung der internen Reports an die Abteilungsleiter und Projektleiter
- Unterstützung bei Pflege der langfristigen Finanzprojektionen (DCF Model)
- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung der finanziellen Performance der AiCuris Gruppe, Identifizierung von Abweichungen und Empfehlung von Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Budget Disziplin
- Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen sowie Optimierung der internen Prozesse und Strukturen
- Unterstützung bei der Erweiterung und Durchführung der strategischen Purchasingfunktion
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung eines neuen Finanz- oder ERP Systems
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzplanung
- Erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Biotechnologie- oder Pharmabranche, ist ein Plus
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie eine lösungsorientierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- Flexibilität und positiver Umgang mit Peak Belastungen und dynamischem Arbeitsumfeld
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS-Excel)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
