About the role
- Director of Strategic Alliances managing procurement services at Element. Leading the implementation of SSRM platform and enhancing stakeholder engagement in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Shape, manage, and continuously improve procurement services at Element
- Monitor performance, collect feedback, and drive enhancements that improve delivery
- Partner with business leaders to ensure procurement services meet evolving needs
- Drive successful adoption of the SSRM platform
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for Strategic Alliances departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field)
- 10+ years of experience in procurement /service management, with service-design mindset
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience implementing enterprise systems and driving adoption
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement
- Expertise in sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations
- Experience engaging/managing/consulting multiple key stakeholders with demonstrated hands-on delivery approach
