Responsibilities
You ensure our hotel content is always up to date — by updating, optimizing and performing quality checks
You manage our hotel partners and suppliers, maintain collaborative relationships and ensure smooth operations through reporting and audits
You support our hotel procurement team in expanding and enhancing the hotel program for our corporate clients
You accompany new hotel partners from onboarding through activation of contracted rates
You coordinate our international database team and ensure processes run efficiently
You support other departments on projects and contribute your expertise where it is needed
You create and maintain manuals, process documentation and training materials
Requirements
You have vocational training or a degree in hotel management, tourism or a comparable field
You already have initial experience in account management or in relevant roles within the hotel or tourism industry
You demonstrate strong communication skills, work independently, are well organized and have an eye for detail
You enjoy working as part of a team, including in an international environment
You are proficient with Office applications, tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
You are business-fluent in German and have very good English; additional languages are a plus
