- Establish and enforce governance frameworks including approval workflows
- Track and control licensing budgets and usage through KPIs, dashboards
- Support business units in evaluating and selecting solutions
- Manage implementation and migration projects
- Administer key platforms within scope
- Lead rationalisation studies to identify redundancies
- Develop migration and decommissioning strategies for legacy applications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, IT Governance, or a similar role
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and vendor management
- Experience managing implementation or migration projects
- Familiar with business applications such as Atlassian tools, ERP/Finance systems, or CX platforms
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, able to balance governance needs with business priorities
- Excellent command of English, French is a plus
