- knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and systems engineering practices
- knowledge of project management techniques, applications, and processes
- ability to prepare and present verbal and written presentations to various levels of government and industry management
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, CS, or Software Engineering field
