- Certifications: PMP (mandatory); SAFe and PMI-ACP.
- English (intermediate).
- Experience with methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Traditional (PMBOK).
- Previous experience coordinating projects or providing project support.
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in problem solving and decision making.
- Experience leading complex projects, managing strategic KPIs and expertise in hybrid methodologies.
- Strategic leadership, organizational influence, business acumen, high risk appetite, governance, high-level negotiation skills, change management and a project-oriented culture.
