Júnior Product Marketing Analyst with event planning and brand activation experience at Edify, an EdTech company innovating learning solutions in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and lead a variety of events, such as trade shows, virtual events, commercial events, etc., including Edify's participation in Bett Brasil.
Develop scalable strategies for on-site setup and activations in schools, and create marketing and communication plans to attract attendees and promote events.
Research, select, and negotiate with vendors, securing the best terms and prices, and manage event and campaign budgets.
Collect feedback and conduct post-event evaluations, measuring success and identifying areas for improvement to ensure a distinctive brand experience for customers and stakeholders.
Analyze KPIs and measure the ROI of initiatives, translating results into data-driven action plans.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in event organization and marketing.
Availability to travel.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in downtown Rio de Janeiro.
Advanced English.
Previous experience with brand activations.
