- Dein Beitrag zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung von ecopals
- Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen und Aufbereitung relevanter Recherchen und Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Erstellung von Pitchdecks, Präsentationen und Berichten für externe und interne Stakeholder.
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems.
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Strukturierung von Vertriebspipelines.
- Unterstützung beim Monitoring unserer Lieferkette – von Produktionskapazitäten und Beständen über Auslieferungen bis hin zu Export- und Logistikthemen.
- Entwicklung eigener Ideen, die unsere Prozesse und unser Wachstum verbessern.
Requirements
- Fortgeschrittenes Studium in BWL, VWL, Management oder einem verwandten Studiengang.
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen, Zusammenhänge und Prozesse.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, schriftlich und visuell, auf Deutsch und Englisch.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint und Excel; Erfahrungen mit CRM-Tools sowie Interesse an Supply-Chain-/Operations-Themen sind ein Plus sowie ebenfalls Erfahrung in Startup, Beratung oder Bauindustrie.
