Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Ecolab quality system requirements across all PPC production sites.
Ensure new product introductions are handled appropriately with strong validation activity to ensure RFT and no issues in market.
Oversee and manage the resolution of customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensuring robust root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
Verify that raw materials and finished products meet engineering and product specifications.
Make decisions regarding product disposition based on quality standards.
Authorize requisition of supplies and services critical to the quality function.
Collaborate and effectively work within a global team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field with a strong chemistry component.
10 years of experience managing quality systems, including at least 3 years in a related industry.
Strong knowledge of quality standards, including pharma GMP and regulatory requirements.
