Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client accounts in the Amazon and online/mail-order pharmacy space
Project management across the entire retail media strategy: from briefing and execution to reporting on key KPIs
Act as the main point of contact between internal specialist teams (Advertising, Content, Operations, Tech/BI) and our clients
Develop growth strategies, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Responsible for timelines, budgets, and client communication
Participate in industry events, strategy meetings, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements
2–5 years' professional experience in online marketing, e‑commerce, or OTC/FMCG
Structured project management skills with a good understanding of digital business models and performance marketing
Experience in brand management, online advertising, or account handling
Analytical thinking, high self-discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent German (native or C2) and good English skills
Strong communication skills and a confident presence in client meetings
Good time management and a structured way of working
Proficient with common office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
Nice to have: experience with Amazon Advertising, media buying, or retail media for online/mail-order pharmacies
