About the role
- Service Lead for counselling services at Sussex Community Counselling. Leading systems development and identifying service growth opportunities.

- lead the counselling services

- manage BACP accreditation cycle & annual renewal

Requirements
- qualified, experienced and ideally BACP accredited counsellor
- extensive experience of assessing individuals, facilitating groups in a therapeutic setting
- a track record of successful partnership work in a complex, multi-agency environment
- ability to successfully develop and implement new initiatives and services crucial to the ongoing success of the services
