About the role

Responsibilities
- Act in a consultative and strategic capacity, supporting senior management and business units by providing clear legal analyses of rights, obligations, risks, and impacts for the company.
- Manage litigation matters by reviewing briefs, issuing/analyzing legal opinions, and defining legal strategies.
- Support and monitor department-related indicators (KPIs).
- Draft and review contracts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Postgraduate qualification in related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- English language skills sufficient for corporate communication and document review are a plus.
- Consultative, analytical, and strategic profile with business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal matters clearly and objectively.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and set priorities.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and a high sense of responsibility.
