Responsibilities
- Gérer les relations individuelles du travail
- Conseiller et accompagner les opérationnels sur votre périmètre composé de plusieurs régions
- Suivre les dossiers du personnel (inaptitude, transfert/reprise de personnel...)
- Gérer les procédures disciplinaires, le pré-contentieux et le contentieux
- Animer un réseau en région d’Assistant.e.s RH par le biais de réunions sur la veille juridique
- Préparer les documents obligatoires pour la législation sociale
Requirements
- De formation supérieure en Droit social (Master 2)
- Maîtrise parfaite du droit social
- Expérience significative d'au moins 3 ans (hors alternance)
- Intelligence relationnelle
- Capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction
