About the role
- Financial Analyst IV responsible for driving complex financial analysis and modeling. Overseeing forecasts, budgeting, and reports for multiple projects at E2 Consulting Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends, monitoring budget execution, and variances across one or multiple projects
- May conduct special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
- Partners with one or multiple business units to design and develop costing/profitability models
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8+ years of related experience
- Subject matter expert and specialist on complex finance, accounting, and business matters
- Expert Excel and financial modeling abilities
- Expert level knowledge of financial systems with 7+ years of hands-on financial systems experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting deliverables
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to manage, supervise, and coordinate the efforts of other Analysts within the Finance Team where required
