- Technisches Grundverständnis: Du hast Erfahrung mit gängigen CMS (TYPO3 ist ein Plus, kein Muss!) und Begriffe wie SEO, UX, HTML/CSS oder agile Methoden sind für dich keine Fremdwörter.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du kommunizierst klar, proaktiv und auf Augenhöhe – im Team und mit Kund:innen.
