Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
- Previous experience as a Community Manager with a focus on working with advertising or communications agencies
- Agility to operate in real time and handle multiple demands
- Analytical ability to turn interactions into insights
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buzzmonitor, etc.)
- Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) and be available to start immediately on a freelance project for up to 6 months
