Responsibilities
Setting and keeping schedules– Responsible for reviewing and monitoring construction works schedule.
Ensure that construction works are on schedule.
Able to manage a number of different projects at the same time.
Proper utilization of resources.
Prepare manpower and plant requirements.
Takes corrective actions together with Site Managers.
Assist with recovery schedules.
Coordination between Construction Sites – Personnel, Equipment & Subcontractors allocation/coordination as per projects needs.
Feedback and information flow between projects regarding construction issues.
Ensure that projects are executed within the construction budget.
Deal with the working relationships that exist on the construction sites.
Maintain database relative to construction costs that affect the construction budget.
Technical supervision – Solve technical issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 10 years of relevant experience with emphasis in complex, fast‐ track, project delivery
Demonstrated organizational skills and problem‐solving ability
Ability to access resources inside and outside of the company
Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well
Manage resources efficiently
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Team player with leadership abilities
Strong computer skills - MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project
Languages: English and Greek
