About the role
- Werkstudent im Talent Management & Learning bei E.ON Country Hub Germany GmbH. Unterstützung im Community-Management, Talententwicklung und Veranstaltungsmanagement in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell.
Responsibilities
- Community-Management: Betreuung unserer Talent Community, unter anderem durch das eigenständige Einbringen geeigneter Lernimpulse
- Mitarbeit in den Talent-Auswahlverfahren sowie der allgemeinen Talent-Entwicklung
- Organisation von Veranstaltungen für die Talent-Community sowie für unsere Weiterentwicklungsprogramme
- Mitarbeit und eigenständige Übernahme von Aufgaben zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Talent-Journey sowie bestehender Personalentwicklungsprodukte
- Koordination und Organisation diagnostischer Auswahlprozesse (z. B. Audits) in enger Abstimmung mit externen Beratern und den HR Business Partnern
Requirements
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/BWL, Psychologie oder vergleichbar, gerne mit dem Studienschwerpunkt Personal
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, bestmöglich in der Personalentwicklung
- Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Organisationsgeschick sowie eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Offene, kommunikative Art und eine gute Auffassungsgabe
- Teamfähigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit und intrinsische Motivation
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (MS Teams, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
