About the role
- Senior Engineer in Static at Bayernwerk Netz GmbH responsible for high voltage network development. Contributing to energy transition and managing complex construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Support for the refurbishment and expansion of high-voltage grid infrastructure
- Assessment of the structural feasibility of planned overhead line projects
- Preparation of preliminary structural calculations and expert reports
- Support for complex special-line construction projects from planning through implementation
- Development of standardized company cross-arms and special tower designs
Requirements
- Approximately 15 years of professional experience in structural analysis/statics for overhead line construction
- Experience in leading projects or teams is an advantage
- Knowledge of the design and detailing of overhead line towers, particularly special tower types
- Proficient in structural analysis software such as K‑Mast
- Familiarity with relevant standards, guidelines and technical regulations (e.g., DIN EN 50341)
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, ideally with a focus on structural engineering/statics
