About the role
- Senior PM/PMO - Test Manager leading test management for E.ON's digital transformation. Collaborate with teams ensuring quality assurance and implementing test management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, including governance, dependencies, escalations, and budget
- Define and implement test management strategies and governance for efficient workflows, decision-making, and stakeholder communication
- Lead and coordinate the testing team, including external partners, using established frameworks and processes
- Serve as the central point of contact for all testing activities and align with teams and senior stakeholders
- Ensure quality assurance and audit conformity standards within the program
- Assess testing risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Drive test automation through suitable tools and contribute to continuous improvement of E.ON’s testing frameworks and strategies
Requirements
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Several years of experience in digital technology projects, covering test and project management
- Strong consulting, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in cross-functional teams and managing external partners
- Advanced knowledge of test management methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Solution Manager, Spira)
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation solutions
- Fluent in English and German, spoken and written.
