Responsibilities
Work at the cutting edge and engage with key topics such as digitalization, sustainability, photovoltaics and e-mobility
Analyze, optimize and digitize existing processes
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for colleagues at the Salzwedel and Gardelegen sites
Evaluate grid connection scenarios and metering concepts, improve processes and ensure smooth operations
Actively share knowledge within the company and support colleagues
Ensure successful feed-in of renewable energy into the grid and efficient implementation of electricity and gas connections
Take on responsible special tasks, participate in project work and contribute in working groups
Requirements
Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in a technical field or industrial engineering — or currently enrolled in such a program
Ideally: knowledge of the EEG (Renewable Energy Sources Act) and the EnWG (Energy Industry Act), as well as relevant standards and technical rules (e.g. TAB NS, TAB MS), and the ability to confidently assess complex grid connections and metering concepts
Team player with a flexible, responsible and structured way of working
Enthusiasm for digital topics and comfortable working with modern IT tools
Enjoy customer contact, decisive mindset and a pragmatic approach to solutions
Very good German language skills (at least C1); able to communicate clearly, precisely and appropriately to the audience — both internally and with our customers
Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
