Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire recruitment sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closing and managing the full recruitment process.
- Acquisition of new clients and driving business development.

- Negotiating terms with clients and candidates.
- Advising clients and assisting in filling open positions with qualified professionals.
- Identifying and proactively approaching qualified candidates through various channels and networks.

Requirements
- Proven sales talent with high motivation, ambition and self-initiative.
- Experience as a Business Developer is an advantage.
- Experience in recruitment.
- IT vocational training or a university degree.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
