Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in Life Insurance & Annuities IT, with a minimum of 5+ years in DXC IP Vantage or wmA
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Strong programming and debugging skills
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
