- Take the lead on complex and high-value fraudulent claims, including motor, EL/PL, staged/contrived accidents, and organised fraud rings
- Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice
- Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Fraud practice
- Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters
Requirements
- 0-4 years PQE with strong experience in insurance fraud litigation (claimant or defendant)
- A proven track record of running a complex caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Commercial acumen and experience in delivering excellent client service
- A proactive approach to file strategy, innovation, and cost management
