About the role

  • Mid-Senior Level Associate Attorney at Salisian LLP. Managing litigation cases from start to finish in state and federal courts in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

  • Managing litigation cases from initiation to completion in state and federal courts and arbitration.
  • Preparation and drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings.
  • Arguing motions in court and making other court appearances.
  • Interfacing and building relationships with clients.
  • Taking and defending depositions.
  • Preparation for and participation in trials.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years civil litigation experience required.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (Top 50 preferred).
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
