About the role
- Senior Paralegal working with a prestigious client base on a variety of property damage claims. Focused on maximizing efficiency and building stakeholder relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assisting senior team members with a varied caseload of: property damage coverage claims, property liability damage claims (public and product liability matters), and pursuing subrogated recovery cases
- Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
- Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Developing your technical and commercial knowledge working practice, experience and training
Requirements
- Previous and tangible experience, handling in your own right or supporting on insurance related property damage claims or similar work types
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, whilst working to strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully assess files and sensitive data.
- Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant Legal qualifications e.g. LLB, LLM
