About the role

  • Legal Services Assistant supporting a Major Injury & Casualty team in Belfast. Focus on administrative support, legal document preparation, and client liaison within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and organizational support to the Casualty team.
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately maintained.
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third-party providers professionally and effectively.
  • Assisting in the preparation of court bundles and other litigation support tasks.
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Handling general office duties including excel data entry and download and collation of electronic bundles.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under deadlines.
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience gathering and presenting Data/MI (desirable).
