Requirements
Approximately 6 years of legal practice, including at least 4 years in employment law, with experience applying the Act respecting Labour Standards (LNT), the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (LATMP), and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (LSST);
Relevant experience in litigation and/or contract law;
Asset: Relevant experience in real estate law and/or construction law;
Excellent drafting skills for preparing and reviewing legal documents;
Effective communication skills in both French and English, orally and in writing;
Demonstrate rigor and an exemplary work ethic;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files efficiently;
Show proactivity, autonomy, and initiative in case management.
