About the role
- Intern in HR Learning Center at dsm-firmenich supporting training and administrative tasks for 12 months. Engaging in local HR initiatives and conducting improvement projects at the Sisseln location.
Responsibilities
- Support the Learning Center in all administrative matters
- Support the local HR Business Partners
- Coordinate and manage various activities related to recruitment and the administrative management of apprenticeships
- Plan and prepare company events and training sessions; carry out pre- and post-processing of training activities
- Handle telephone inquiries and welcome visitors
- Implement improvement projects (simplify administrative workflows, digitize processes)
- Participate in and contribute to local HR initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Good knowledge of MS Office and an affinity for digital tools
- Organized, structured and able to work independently
- Solution-oriented, resilient under pressure and able to set priorities
- Excellent written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage
- Proactive attitude with a "can-do" mentality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
