Responsibilities
- Support in planning, organizing and executing events
- Assist in creating and maintaining event documentation and in post-event follow-up
- Communicate with artists, partners and service providers to ensure smooth event operations
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss event strategies and concepts
- Support the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day event management operations

Requirements
- Enrolled student in Event Management, Business Administration, Cultural Management or a comparable field
- Some practical experience in event organization is a plus
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
- High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
