- Join Blue Cube Systems as an FP&A Business Analyst providing financial planning insights. Support strategic decisions and investment evaluations in the mining industry with data-driven analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial projections
- Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, providing explanations and corrective actions
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis for business plans
- Assist with economic analysis of investment opportunities
- Assist with ROI, NPV, IRR calculations for projects and capital expenditures
- Track and report on key financial and operational KPIs
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Develop dashboards and visualization tools for financial data
- Ensure alignment of local reporting with group standards and timelines
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 – 5 Years in Similar position
- Solid understanding of business strategy, management accounting, and finance principles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel , financial modelling and BI tools
- Qualified or enrolled in CIMA is advantageous
