Responsibilities
You are primarily responsible for acquiring, retaining, and strategically developing our business clients
From the initial phone contact through to contract conclusion, you are the primary sales contact for your clients
In close cooperation and ongoing exchange with our Sales Manager, you contribute to the success of our team
You bring your ideas and expertise into cross-location and cross-functional projects at headquarters, actively shaping the future of our company
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
At least two years of experience in selling services in the DGUV environment (German Social Accident Insurance) or in technical services
Willingness to travel regionally
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, independent working style, and a personable, confident manner
Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
Driving license class B (car)
